We have answered some FAQ's for your information.  Pleaes send us a message if the information you require is not here

  • Can I leave my vehicle at your premises whilst hiring one of your vehicles?
    Yes you can however we have no off street parking available so your vehicle would be parked on the street in an industrial area. You will need to have your own full comprehensive insurance.
  • Are international drivers allowed to hire our vehicles?
    Yes, International drivers are welcome (please bring international licence and passport)
  • Can the vehicle be taken off road?
    Only certain vehciles in our fleet can be taken off road. Rex the Troopy is an off road vehicle. Please discuss your travel plans with us before you confirm your booking as an Off Road checklist and approval needs to be done/given before you leave on your adventures.
  • Are toll charges passed on to the hirer?
    Yes, If you are going to be traveling through any Tolls whilst hiring our vehicle, the fees will be forwarded to you for payment.
  • How many kilometers can I do in one day?
    200km/day is included in your hire. If you intend to travel more than this please inform us before the booking so we can discuss additional kilometer fees if applicable
  • What happens if I receive a fine whilst hiring a vehicle?
    If you receive a fine whilst traveling, we will forward the fine notice onto you to pay directly.
  • How can I book one of your vehicles?
    You can easily follow the link for each vehicle to Camplify website to safely and securely book the vehicle
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
